Description

The Brett Martin Flat Glass Electric Hinged Rooflight brings both daylight and ventilation to your space — all with the press of a switch. Designed to sit neatly on your existing builder’s kerb, this mains-powered rooflight is ideal for modern flat roof extensions, stairwells, offices, and more.

This unit opens via a factory-fitted 240V electric actuator and comes supplied with a wall-mounted control switch as standard. It combines contemporary design with the added benefit of automatic airflow, all while meeting the highest standards for security, thermal performance, and durability.

Manufactured in the UK using a laminated double-glazed unit and thermally broken aluminium frame, this rooflight delivers high-end performance with minimal framework — available in a range of sizes and dispatched in as little as five working days.
